Privacy Policy
FourPointZero Limited, trading as FPZ Creativ.ai, is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. This policy sets out what we hold, why we hold it, and how we handle it.
Last updated August 2026
1. Who we are
FourPointZero Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this site and through the searches we run. We are registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at hello@fourpointzero.io.
2. Data we collect
You give us some of this directly. It covers your name, email address, company, role, the content of your message, and any CV or supporting material you choose to share.
We also collect basic technical data when you visit. It covers your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, and the pages you view. This is handled by our hosting provider.
3. How we use your data
To answer enquiries, run retained search mandates, and discuss roles with candidates.
To send occasional market intelligence where you have opted in.
To keep the site secure and working, using aggregated technical data that does not identify you.
4. Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interest for search activity and direct enquiries, and on consent for anything we send you as marketing.
5. Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share a candidate profile with a client only where that candidate has given written consent. Our hosting and email providers work under data-processing terms.
6. Retention
We keep active candidate records while you remain on our network, or for 24 months after we last spoke, whichever comes sooner.
We keep client records for the length of the relationship and a further six years for accounting.
We do not currently run analytics on this site, so there is no analytics data to keep.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@fourpointzero.io. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict access by role, and review how we work regularly. No system is perfect. Where a breach requires it, we will notify the people affected and the ICO.
9. Changes
We update this policy from time to time. The current version always sits at this URL, with the date of the last change at the top.
