We approach leaders whose experience aligns with a defined assignment.

We give you enough information to assess whether the appointment warrants further discussion.
01

The approach.

In the first conversation, we give you the available context on the organisation, the appointment and why your experience is relevant.

Where we cannot disclose the client’s identity immediately, we tell you what we can share, what remains restricted and when fuller disclosure can take place.

We tell you the basis of the appointment at the outset, whether permanent, fractional or interim, so you can weigh it against how you want to work.

We do not disclose your details without your consent.

02

The evidence.

The work most relevant to a senior appointment is not always the most visible.

We establish it with you directly. For appointments involving AI, that covers your proficiency and your capacity to develop it. We set the evidence against the full requirements of the appointment.

What we establish
The value you created
How you managed client and reputational risk
How you approached governance
Your ability to lead across functions
03

The process.

Where there is mutual interest, we give you fuller detail on the organisation, the scope of the appointment, reporting lines, decision-making authority, compensation and the assessment process.

We stay involved throughout client meetings, assessment, references, offer, resignation and the period leading to appointment. We discuss references and background checks with you in advance. We will not contact your current employer without your agreement.

04

The relationship.

Where an appointment is not right for you, you do not enter the process.

What you share stays protected, and the relationship continues beyond that assignment.

Understanding your work before the next relevant search means future approaches are selective, informed and grounded in the substance of the appointment.

If you are ready to have this conversation, so are we.
